THE ROLE
We are open to candidates from across the country (fully remote), with a preference for candidates in the greater Denver metro area where our Sales team is located. Team members come to the company workspace in Westminster, CO up to 3 days a week.
The Sr. Manager, Partnerships is responsible for expanding Builder Prime's partnership and customer base and serving as our go-to expert in all things partnerships (integration partners, dealer and franchise partners, and other strategic partnerships). This revenue-driving role will serve as the first point of contact for prospective partners and will have a thorough understanding of Builder Prime’s product value and features. Although this role will be dedicated to supporting initiatives across the GTM function, this individual will serve as part of the larger Sales Team and will report to the VP of Sales.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Prospecting Potential Partnerships: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions on partnership strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Lead Generation Through Partnerships: Generate new leads and business opportunities through active engagement and collaboration with partners.
Professional Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with both existing and potential partners including dealers/franchises, integration partners, and strategic partners (suppliers, agencies, etc.).
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of partnerships. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance partner productivity.
Communication and Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication between the company and its partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have the latest information on product updates, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
Multiplatform Presentations: Present educational content through various platforms, including industry events and conferences, webinars, podcasts, email, social media, Builder Prime blog, and short-form videos.
Multichannel Customer & Partner Engagement: Interact with current and potential customers to discuss Builder Prime’s products and features. Engage with business partners to build and strengthen relationships.
Travel to Events: Travel up to 10 times per year to industry events, customer visits, company offsites, etc.
Technical Escalations: Coordinate technical escalations required by partners with the Engineering team.
Revenue Tracking & Data: Partner with Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and company leadership to build ways to track ROI of partnership efforts and ensure that partnership revenue is showing up in systems appropriately.
Content Collaboration: Partner with Sr. Manager of Product & Content Marketing to ensure partnership strategy aligns with content strategy, especially in sales collateral and website presence.
Training: Provide training and educational resources to partners and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities and unique value proposition. Ability to demo and handle first-level escalations of the Builder Prime product.
Enablement: Create, train, and manage regular updates of enablement materials for partnerships. Includes materials such as co-selling Slack channels, one-pagers, internal and external trainings, and regular check-ins with partners to assess and address needs.

Project Management: Clearly outline and manage the launch and continued enablement of new partnership opportunities.
THE MUST-HAVES
5+ years B2B partnerships experience in a partnerships/ecosystem role, building and iterating on new partnership models that scale, preferably at a high-growth company.
Expertise in tying partnership motions to specific revenue goals.
Strong business acumen, highly analytical and data-driven, with experience in driving toward ROI on partnership initiatives (goal and KPI-driven mindset).
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (seen as an integrator).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, can prioritize a dynamic workload, and successfully handle multiple deadlines with a busy schedule.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment - move quickly, think strategically, identify opportunities, and excel at tactical execution.
Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
Self-starter. You can work on multiple projects with many stakeholders at the same time. You take ownership, sweat the details and see projects through to the end with little/no support needed.
Familiarity with sales and marketing performance metrics.
Willingness and ability to travel to ~10 conferences and events annually.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Champion new ideas and initiatives to gain team buy-in.
Can clearly articulate and educate your ideas with the broader Builder Prime team
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
Have familiarity with ecosystem-led PRM technologies
Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.
Strong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.

This position will pay a base salary of $115,000-$125,000, depending on experience and location, with an additional variable compensation (OTE $20,000) element to be discussed in the interview process.
