Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager, Mid-Market to own growth and expansion across our larger customer accounts. As an Account Manager on the Mid-Market team, you'll drive revenue by identifying expansion opportunities, leading commercial conversations, and guiding customers through more complex buying decisions: plan upgrades, user growth, and multi-year agreements. Partnering closely with our Customer Success Managers, you'll run Quarterly Business Reviews, manage renewals, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the businesses you support. If you love building strategic relationships, navigating longer sales cycles, and helping customers see the full picture of what CompanyCam can do for them, this one's for you.
Location: Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive expansion across your book of business through upsells, cross-sells, and increasing product adoption.
  • Lead commercial conversations around contract renewals, upgrades, and multi-year agreements (typically $25K+ ACV).
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and, where appropriate, C-suite executives.
  • Partner with CSMs to participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, reinforcing value and supporting growth conversations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to proactively identify opportunities and deliver increased value to customers.
  • Actively manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies to prevent churn.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of higher-tier plans, adding users, and longer-term contracts.
  • Consult regularly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and how CompanyCam can grow with them.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to share insights and improve the customer experience.

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
  • Closing expansion opportunities that fuel real, measurable revenue growth for the company.
  • Partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to make sure our most strategic accounts stay, grow, and succeed.
  • Shaping the customer experience in a way that drives renewals, expansion, and genuine loyalty.
  • Helping contractors get more out of CompanyCam every day, so they can run better businesses in the field.

What You’ll Bring

  • Preferred 3+ years in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or strategic sales role. Or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record managing complex sales processes and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV).
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Comfort leading QBRs and managing longer sales cycles with confidence.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage your pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can tailor your message to a field supervisor or a CFO.
  • The ability to think strategically about accounts while still moving deals forward.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
