You are:

  • A highly analytical, detail-oriented sales and marketing operations expert with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in a swiftly-growing SaaS company.
  • Proficient using modern CRMs to run and optimize campaigns. HubSpot full stack experience is a plus.
  • 5-10+ years as a Business Intelligence expert with data, analytics and executive-level reporting and visualization experience.
  • Both a strategic thinker and an organized, task-oriented do-er with high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a “get it done” mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree required.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Manage sales and marketing enablement technology including Hubspot Marketing, Sales and Service Hub offerings.
  • Create, update, and maintain the Playbooks for both Account Executives and SDRs.
    • Define and refine structured sales processes for efficiency.
    • Refine and maintain the sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins.
  • Create, update and maintain sales territories.
  • Create, update and maintain the Element451 ICP, TAM database, prospect scoring methodologies and key buyer personas.
  • Facilitate the lead generation process, in collaboration with Marketing, utilizing multi-step and multi-channel outbound campaigns.
    • Create target segments and lead lists for to support the marketing strategy as well as the SDRs to generate new business meetings.
    • Insure leads are being consistently added to Element451’s outbound campaigns to maintain necessary MQL volume.
  • Management Reporting of all sales and marketing KPIs, including Interpreting analytics and research for management.
  • Manage CRM data quality.
  • Create, update and maintain the Sales Forecast as defined by the CRO.
  • Create, update and maintain the Marketing dashboard as defined by the CMO.
  • Manage sales representative quarterly compensation statements, plans and incentives.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, organize and maintain sales enablement content for access by the sales team.
  • Help define and document the onboarding and training process for the sales organization.
  • Assist with “go to market” models for products and campaigns.
  • Manage the lead hand-off processes (events, downloads, demos, etc.) between Marketing and Sales and associated sales SLAs.
  • Build (with CMO and CRO) departmental playbooks and execute and measure sales play programs.
  • Play a key role in sales and operations planning in conjunction with CRO and CMO.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually plus bonus potential
