As the Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role at Enrollify, orchestrating the seamless delivery of engaging and informative content to the higher education industry with the goal of increasing brand awareness and audience growth. Reporting to Enrollify’s Chief Strategist, you’ll oversee content creation, planning, and execution across all digital platforms. Your creativity and content creation skills will make you an essential part of Enrollify’s success story. The person in this role must exercise strong multi-tasking skills and be able to lead multiple projects at various stages.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Promotion and Marketing: Build and execute marketing campaigns to increase listenership/reach. Drive the promotion of new episodes and podcast series across various platforms, including our website, newsletter, and branded social media accounts.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and update the website, email communications, and branded social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Creative Content Development: Develop and execute original content ideas for Enrollify resources, aligning with the overall content strategy and audience interests.
  • Audience Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by engaging with Enrollify’s audience on social media, gathering feedback, answering queries, and sparking conversations.
  • Ad Coordination: Seamlessly integrate ad spots and cross-promotional content, ensuring alignment with our brand and value to our listeners.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate the podcast production schedule, ensuring timely and quality content delivery. Coordinate schedules as necessary, and liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Act as a liaison between producers, post-production teams, and Enrollify creators/hosts to foster a collaborative environment and streamline communications.
  • Project Management and Communication: Excel in project management, showcasing your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A creative and inspiring marketer experienced in creating and deploying high converting, on-brand, digital-first campaigns
  • 5+ years of relevant, demonstrable experience in content marketing and audience building
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with AI content and copy generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for developing content and marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in the higher ed industry: on a campus, at an agency, or at an edtech company that serves enrollment/marketing pros is a plus
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a “get it done” mentality
  • A Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Bonus: Experience with content deployment via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 annually. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as candidate qualifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
