You are:

  • A team player with 2+ years working in IT, SaaS, Software implementation, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledgeable of data analytics and data configuration.
  • Experienced with higher education admissions, recruiting, or marketing vertical experience preferred.
  • Very organized, logical, analytical and have a high attention to detail.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Project manage the onboarding of new education-related clients.
  • Proficient in SaaS applications and CRM tools.
  • Provide guidance to client stakeholders such as Admissions, IT and Tech support through SSO setup, SIS integration, platform configuration, and other data-related requests.
  • Take full ownership of the client from closed-won through the full onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to ensure customer success, including opportunities for growth and to support strategy execution.
  • Develop strategies to more effectively engage and use Element451 features, based on key insights, findings, and research.
  • Lead and facilitate onboarding of new customers including training, presentation recordings, and prep calls for customers.
  • Facilitate end-user training during customer onboarding, and continuous training as new customer team members and/or features are added.
  • Serve as the product expert for assigned customers.
  • Align on onboarding goals and tasks with clients.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, chat, zoom, and in person where required and necessary.
  • Triage, solve, and escalate where required; troubleshooting items through onboarding phase.

What you should be great at:

  • High project management skills and competencies: software industry preferred.
  • Able to teach and coach the layman on data configuration.
  • Data analytical skills.
  • Communicating in verbal and written formats.
  • Use case management and recommendations.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
