Element451 seeks a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Demand Generation marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Demand Gen, this role is pivotal in driving our lead generation efforts, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a breadth of demand generation tactics, including email marketing, webinars, event organization, and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies alongside the VP of Marketing to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Plan, organize, and manage demand gen events, including webinars, conferences, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and implement effective email demand gen marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling demand gen campaigns content and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future demand gen marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure goal alignment, lead quality, and follow-up strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Proven track record of managing successful demand generation marketing campaigns and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds

Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000 annually.
