We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Client Success to lead, scale, and evolve our Client Success function. This role is critical in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from KlariVis - driving adoption, retention, and long-term partnership success.
KlariVis is headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia. This is an in-office position. Applicants must be currently based and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. KlariVis does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a client success strategy that aligns with KlariVis’ growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Client Success team.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs for Client Success Managers.
- Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the relationship.
- Serve as a sponsor for key accounts and ensure all client needs are exceeded.
- Design scalable onboarding, training, and support processes to drive value realization.
- Monitor client support activity and ensure timely, effective issue resolution.
- Identify at-risk accounts and proactively manage escalations to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product to deliver client feedback that influences the roadmap.
- Monitor releases and evaluate the impact of releases on the client base.
- Oversee client advocacy programs and serve as the internal voice of the client.
- Develop training resources and maintain the client knowledge base.
- Partner with the dedicated Client Sales Executive on renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Develop client health scoring and reporting frameworks to measure client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance client experience and team efficiency.
What You’ll Bring to KlariVis:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervision and leadership role.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or enterprise software strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Proven record of driving client retention, adoption, and growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Passion for helping clients succeed and advancing KlariVis’ mission.
