Overview

Learning Integration Specialist is a partner-facing role that brings together expertise in instructional leadership, data analysis, and program implementation to support schools and districts in effectively using Parsec’s suite of platforms to improve student outcomes.

This role requires someone with significant K–12 instructional and leadership experience, a strong grasp of curriculum and assessment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that educators can use.

Learning Integration Specialist works collaboratively across teams to ensure that Parsec’s tools are deeply integrated into partner systems and used to drive meaningful instructional change.

Ideal Candidate Objectives

  • Support partners in integrating Parsec’s tools into instructional systems
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, strengths, and areas of need
  • Communicate data clearly to educators and leaders
  • Deliver professional learning, onboarding, and coaching
  • Align insights with curriculum, instruction, and assessment goals
  • Contribute to cross-team collaboration to support partner success
  • Conduct some travel to support school and district engagements

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Integration & Educational Expertise

  • Apply extensive K–12 classroom and leadership experience to help partners connect data insights to instructional practices and planning.
  • Support educators in aligning platform data with state standards, curriculum maps, instructional frameworks, and assessment cycles.
  • Guide partners in using formative and summative data to drive instruction, intervention, and progress monitoring.

Data Analysis, Interpretation & Visualization

  • Analyze large sets of educational and platform utilization data to identify patterns, achievement gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that communicate complex data in accessible ways.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for educators, principals, district administrators, and cabinet-level leaders.

Professional Learning, Onboarding & Capacity Building

  • Deliver high-quality professional development workshops, trainings, and presentations—both in-person and virtual.
  • Build educator and leader capacity to use Parsec’s platforms independently and effectively.
  • Tailor support to each partner’s instructional context, data needs, and improvement priorities.

Program Implementation & Partner Support

  • Support partners through the full lifecycle of onboarding, rollout, utilization, and reflection around Parsec’s platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure support is cohesive and aligned with partner goals.
  • Provide ongoing communication, updates, and follow-up based on data usage, trends, and partner feedback.
  • Build purposeful relationships with Partners, collaboratively develop smart goals and provide intentional support so that our Partners are delighted with our work.

Continuous Improvement & Insights Development

  • Use improvement-science thinking to help partners apply cycles of inquiry, track progress, and refine practices.
  • Share best practices, emerging trends, and innovative analytics approaches with both partners and internal teams.
  • Contribute to enhancements of Parsec’s tools, dashboards, and instructional resources based on partner needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Significant K–12 experience including:
    • Classroom instructional experience (required)
    • School-site and/or district leadership experience (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in K–12 settings, including responsibility for data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to interpret, visualize, and communicate complex educational data
  • Experience leading or facilitating professional development for educators and leaders
  • Understanding of state standards, instructional practices, assessment systems, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Must report to the Fresno office daily; some travel required.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Data Analytics, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
  • Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Experience supporting district-wide or system-level initiatives

The expected range of pay for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Our Hiring Manager can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
