Description

Parsec Education is an innovative Educational Technology and Consulting company that aims to improve and transform K-12 education and student outcomes. Our mission is to modernize, evaluate, improve, and standardize the way schools view, interpret, and respond to data. Our vision is to make the world a better place to learn. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and pride ourselves on our core values: partner success, innovation, integrity, student-centered, and humor.

Parsec is seeking a senior, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to own and execute our digital demand strategy end to end.

This role is responsible for transforming digital from a collection of channels into a cohesive, measurable growth engine that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified demand. You will own how Parsec shows up across digital touchpoints from website and SEO to paid media, email, and social- and ensure these efforts translate into meaningful business outcomes.

This is a player role, not a people manager. The ideal candidate is highly experienced, execution-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable owning outcomes without needing heavy direction or training.

Key Responsibilities & Ownership:

1. ICP-First Digital Demand Performance

Be accountable for digital demand outcomes focused on the right buyers, not just more leads.

  • Clearly tie digital efforts to meetings booked and funnel progression
  • Build demand around a defined ICP and priority personas, not broad K–12 audiences
  • Treat digital as a strategic growth lever aligned to revenue goals, not a collection of tactics

2. Funnel Ownership: Lead → Meeting Conversion

Own the digital funnel from first touch through booked meetings.

  • Align targeting, offers, routing, and follow-up so leads reliably convert into meetings
  • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and handoff effectiveness
  • Ensure digital demand does not stall or die between marketing and sales

3. Paid Acquisition & Targeting Excellence

Own paid digital acquisition with meeting conversion as the north star.

  • Run and iterate paid campaigns where success is measured by qualified meetings booked, not clicks or impressions
  • Build and refine audiences using roles, titles, organization types, and exclusions
  • Continuously test creative, offers, and landing pages to improve meeting conversion rates

4. Account-Based & Outbound-Oriented Orchestration

Execute digital demand in close alignment with account-based and outbound motions.

  • Support account-based plays using account lists, persona-specific messaging, and intent signals
  • Create “surround sound” across ads, email, content, retargeting, and events to warm the right accounts
  • Coordinate closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure digital efforts drive real conversations

5. Measurement, Learning & Continuous Improvement

Use data and experimentation to improve demand quality and efficiency over time.

  • Establish clear reporting that shows how digital activity drives meetings booked
  • Run ongoing tests to improve targeting, conversion, and cost per meeting
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations and action

What This Role Is Accountable For

  • Digital demand performance and contribution to meetings booked
  • Website and funnel conversion health
  • Channel effectiveness and optimization
  • Clear visibility into what’s working and why

    • Website optimization and CRO
    • Paid media platforms
