Parsec is seeking a high-octane Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Account Executive team. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and are looking for a leader who excels at building "office energy" while maintaining a rigorous, data-driven sales machine. You will inherit a team of 4 high-performing AEs (3 local, 1 remote) and will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution.

Core Responsibilities
1. High-Stakes Coaching & Deal Strategy
- Conduct weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews to move deals through the funnel.
- Act as the "Executive Closer" for 6-figure opportunities, assisting AEs in complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder navigation.
- Run the "Daily Stand-up" and lead the Weekly Sales Meeting to align on wins, losses, and tactics.
2. The Marketing Feedback Loop
- Serve as the primary liaison to Marketing; provide real-time feedback on lead quality and market resonance.
- Identify gaps in sales collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers) and oversee their development.
3. Operational Excellence (The "Parsec Playbook")
- Enforce CRM hygiene; ensure that if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Refine and document the Parsec sales process to reduce ramp time for future hires.
- Develop and track KPIs beyond just revenue (e.g., discovery-to-demo ratios, average contract value).
4. Culture & Team Integration
- WFO Champion: Foster a competitive yet collaborative in-office environment.
- Bridge the Distance: Implement specific rituals like travel to ensure our Tennessee-based AE remains fully integrated into the team’s culture and strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership/management role.
- Closer DNA: A proven track record of personally closing or overseeing 6-figure contracts.
- Presence: You thrive in an office environment and understand how to "read the room" to keep morale high.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in [Your CRM, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] and sales engagement tools.

The range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 not inclusive of bonus/commission. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
