We’re looking for a Product Marketing Analyst III who can lead the GTM strategy for our self-serve and product-led growth motion — someone who can connect product value, customer behavior, lifecycle engagement, and storytelling into a scalable growth engine.

We’re looking for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, customer experience, and growth. You’ll own initiatives that improve onboarding, activation, product adoption, upgrade conversion, and lifecycle engagement across the customer journey.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer insights and usage behavior into compelling messaging, streamlined experiences, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Ownership:

Product-Led Growth & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for self-serve and product-led customer journeys
  • Improve onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion experiences across the product lifecycle
  • Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, in-app messaging, and engagement systems
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify friction points and improve user adoption

Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with educators and school leaders
  • Translate complex product capabilities into simple, value-driven narratives
  • Create and maintain messaging frameworks, product storytelling, and customer-facing content
  • Support product launches with cross-functional GTM planning and enablement materials

Growth & Analytics

  • Analyze user behavior, product usage, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Define and track KPIs related to activation, engagement, conversion, and expansion
  • Build reporting frameworks and leverage data to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate on experimentation and optimization initiatives across marketing and product experiences

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a key connector between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Help align teams around customer insights, market opportunities, and growth priorities
  • Contribute to strategic planning and help shape how Parsec scales its GTM systems and operations

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
