Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and Senior Product Designer to join us in a hybrid role out of our Miami, FL office. In this role, you will be a key leader in shaping the design strategy for our racquet sports club software, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing. You will champion user-centered design, creating seamless and delightful experiences for club managers, staff, and players alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design strategy for our suite of software products, ensuring user-centricity and innovation.
• Define and maintain design principles, guidelines, and best practices that drive consistency across all user experiences.
• Design and deliver high-quality product interfaces, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals and execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Develop routines for design review and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging design patterns, and tools to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
• Advocate for user-centric design across the organization and elevate design as a strategic asset.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS or software products.
• Proven experience designing complex, user-centric software solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, user interface design, and user experience.
• Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring other designers.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• A passion for sports technology and a strong user-first mindset.
• Experience working with Agile product development teams.
• Experience with AI tools and awareness of the AI design landscape is a plus.
