As a Solutions Engineer at Spin.AI, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our security solutions. Your role involves understanding customer needs and providing technical demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the SpinOne platform. From pre-sales engagement to customer onboarding, you will play a crucial part in implementing and configuring solutions that address unique security challenges.
Duties:
- Understanding of SaaS Ecosystems and Security Stack: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SaaS ecosystems and various elements of security stacks.
- Technical Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to prospects and customers.
- Technical Demonstrations: Conduct technical demonstrations of the SpinOne platform to showcase its capabilities and address customer needs.
- Proofs of Concept (PoCs): Develop and execute PoCs to validate the effectiveness of the SpinOne solution in addressing specific customer security challenges.
- Onboarding Checklist: Facilitate the onboarding process by following a comprehensive checklist to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
- Gather Customer Use Cases: Conduct interviews and surveys to gather detailed information on customer use cases and security challenges.
- Product Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, providing valuable feedback to enhance the SpinOne platform.
Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and create custom security policies.
- Experience in pre-sales activities and customer onboarding.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing customer use cases.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining knowledge base content.
- Proven ability to provide valuable product feedback for continuous improvement.
