The Job
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Outbound Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to reach and exceed sales targets. The role involves actively prospecting and engaging with enterprise level customers to sell Tovuti's cutting-edge eLearning platform and its related services.
The Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Actively prospect and engage with enterprise level customers to sell Tovuti's eLearning platform and related services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Conduct effective online and in-person presentations and demos to prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing enterprise level customers.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Accurately track and forecast sales activity and performance using a CRM system.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
The Must-Haves
- Proven experience as an outbound sales professional, selling enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong experience with online and in-person presentations and demos.
- Strong understanding of the eLearning market and the technology landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
We do train the best and brightest applicants on the job, no prior LMS experience is required.
